Doug Kintzinger was an owner, board member, and advisor of IMS Capital Management, bringing over 30 years of experience in finance, investment, and management. He earned a B.A. in Math and Accounting from Luther College and both an MBA and law degree from the University of Iowa.
Prior to joining IMS, Doug held several leadership roles at JELD-WEN Holding, Inc., including Executive Vice President, CFO, and Board Member from 1987 to 2009. He also worked as a consultant in 2009–2010 for companies owned by JELD-WEN founder Dick Wendt. Doug served as CEO and President of IMS Capital Management from 2010 to 2017 and now advises a select group of clients. He currently serves as CFO of Pacific Seafood, one of North America’s largest seafood companies.

Outside of his professional work, Doug is passionate about basketball. He coached the Lake Oswego High School boys team in 2015, spent 17 years as an assistant coach at Oregon Institute of Technology—including the 2004 National Championship Team—and currently competes on the Multnomah Athletic Club’s Golden Masters Team.
