With a background in Business Analytics and a strong interest in personal finance, she’s excited to bring her skills into the financial world and grow with a new team.

She values the importance of structure and strategy—both professionally and personally—and is especially motivated by the idea of helping others create systems that support financial well-being and a healthy work-life balance.

Outside of work, Marley enjoys gardening, ceramics, and staying active through local run clubs. She’s also a regular in a few book clubs. Though she moves often, Marley keeps strong ties to several places where she owns property and maintains community connections.
