Adam serves as the Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing Compliance, Technology, Trading, and the firm’s investment management processes. He also leads the development and management of automated systems that enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Before joining Pinnacle Wealth Advisors, Adam worked as the Director of Operations, Technology, and Trading at IMS Capital Management, where he played a key role in building and implementing automated workflows to improve firm operations. Known for his proactive and solutions-driven approach, Adam made a significant impact during his first year at IMS Capital by implementing new software, launching the firm’s mobile app, and introducing an online client portal that provided clients with immediate access to their financial information.

He also previously served as a Finance Associate at Sirios Capital Management, LP, a multi-strategy equity hedge fund based in Boston, MA, where he supported firm operations, accounting, and performance reporting. Adam brings seven years of investment management operations and accounting experience to the team.

Prior to his role at Sirios, Adam served as Controller and Operations Associate at Gracie Asset Management, a long/short multi-strategy credit hedge fund in New York. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from William Paterson University and later completed his MBA in Investment Management from Pace University. Adam is also a CFA charterholder.

Fun Fact: Adam enjoys traveling and even married his wife in Sweden. They recently welcomed a daughter to their family. He is also a dedicated dog enthusiast and skilled dog trainer. Adam currently has one Belgian Malinois and is in the process of acquiring a second from Europe.
